Since the release of diald-top-1.1, I have spent some time extending the 
capabilities of diald-top to allow a network client-server relationship to ve
in place with the server running on the machine that is running diald, and the
clients being elsewhere on the network and communicating to the server via
TCP/IP on port 1313.  This allows the server to be run by anyone that would 
have access priviledges to run diald-top locally.

Authentication of the remote user is done via identd, and a configuration file
is used that indicates what userids get full access (i.e. can send diald
commands) by giving the userid, IP address and netmask (to easily allow access
to entire networks).  Currently the address and netmask must be in numeric
format.

I also fixed the bug that was causing segfaults in v1.1 when a non-resolvable
IP was encountered.  Slight oversight...  Sorry.

The patches incorporated into version 2.0 were contributed by:

	  - use of select rather than timeouts
	  - added -L command line argument to log the monitor data to a file
	    with timestamps to aid in debugging

Since some people may not have Flex or Bison installed, I have included the 
generated code in the archive, along with a prebuilt ELF binary dynamically
linked with ncurses-1.9.9e and libresolv.so.4.   Enjoy.

NOTE:  This may NOT compile with earlier versions of ncurses.
